The Department of National Defence requires information for each visitor attending on May 31st 2024. Each visitor will need to provide Full name, Citizenship Status and Date of Birth. This information is required by Friday May 3rd in order to have everything ready for the visit to 15 Wing. They will also need to bring a signed photograph consent form that will be sent out to participants prior to the event.
