Volunteer Hour Credit System

At Elevate Aviation, we deeply value the incredible contributions of our volunteers — and starting May 15, we’re excited to show our appreciation in a new way!

Our Volunteer Hour Credit System will officially open on May 15, allowing you to redeem your volunteer hours for credit to spend in the Elevate Aviation merch store.

How It Works:

• Make sure you’re registered to log hours.
• Check your current total by logging into your Neon One Volunteer Dashboard.
• A mini catalog will be sent out with details on eligible items and any applicable restrictions.
• When you’re ready to redeem, simply email Sushant.kumar@elevateaviation.ca with the number of hours you’d like to use.
• You’ll receive a one-time coupon code to apply toward a purchase in our merch store.

Please Note:

Volunteer hours can be redeemed twice per year — in May and September. For our first redemption period, hours can be used between May 15 and May 31.
