This is your chance to help future aviators as a mentor with Elevate Aviation. Sign up and you will receive training on mentorship before graduating into a mentor!
As a mentor you are requested to check-in with your mentees throughout their training. Some mentees will contact you more than others so the time commitment will vary. Tasks could include helping mentees with their resume, giving them suggestions and ideas on career paths, support them as they make their choices, and just be there for them as a woman who has been through the process and works within the industry. This often leads to life-long friendships and inspires your mentees to become mentors as they transition into the working world.
You will be invited to participate in Mentor Cafes with our other mentors all across the country. The benefit – an incredible network of female support in the industry and a chance to share stories that will help everyone grow in their roles as mentors!
