Our annual Inspire Gala is back! Inspire is a cocktail style event where we raise funds for our programs while also showcasing incredible women in the aviation industry. Join us and discover the beauty of sustainable aviation. Enjoy snacks, drinks, photo ops, live entertainment, a silent auction and much more!
This year, our theme is focused on the sustainability of aviation. There are multiple pillars to sustainable business practices, including social, environmental, and economic elements. Our theme encompasses crucial aspects such as employee satisfaction and retention, environmental responsibility, and the imperative task of attracting and training individuals to fill the significant employment shortages that are prevalent in our industry.

Doors open at 7:30 pm for our “Sustainable Aviation” themed cocktail-style fundraiser. All tickets include light appetizers, networking opportunities, entertainment, silent auction & raffles, and interactive activities!

Be inspired by eight exceptional women in aviation who are making remarkable strides in the industry. These women encompass diverse aviation careers, including pilots, engineers, flight attendants, air traffic services, and more! Through inspirational videos, their stories will touch your heart and maybe even ignite your passion for aviation.
Each year, Inspire raises funds for our Mentorship, and Bursary programs, as well as for the Elevate Aviation Learning Centre.
Participate in the silent auction and raffle games throughout the evening, all aimed at supporting our fundraising efforts. At our Inspire Gala, you’re not just having a great time, but you’re also contributing to a fantastic cause.
Proceeds from this event go a long way in advancing our mission to provide a platform for women and underrepresented groups to thrive and succeed in aviation careers.
Each year, Inspire raises funds for our core programs and operational costs, as well as contributes to programming at the Elevate Aviation Learning Centre. Every dollar raised goes back into our organization, allowing us to spread the word about careers in aviation, create more courses and training opportunities for women to achieve economic security, and close the gender gap in the male dominated industry.
Our 2024 Inspire silent auction is raising funds for the improvement and sustainability of our programs including our national mentorship program and Cross Country Tour.
The women we feature quickly become a part of the Elevate Aviation team and join the cause in raising awareness about the amazing careers available to women in aviation.
Providing a platform of support for women in the industry. After a nomination and selection process, we kick things off by spending one weekend together in the spring where Inspire features will meet and share stories with each other. Throughout that weekend we also do headshots and interviews to prepare for the October gala. This is an opportunity to build life-long friendships and networks of support across various positions throughout the industry.
