What to Expect

Doors open at 7:30 pm for a memorable cocktail-style fundraiser celebrating 10 years of Elevate Aviation. All tickets include light appetizers, networking opportunities, entertainment, a silent auction and raffles!

Women Who Inspire

Be inspired by eight exceptional women in aviation who encompass diverse aviation careers and are making a difference in the industry through their work, volunteerism, leadership, passion, and dedication. Through inspirational videos, their stories will touch your heart and maybe even ignite your passion for aviation.

Raising Funds For Our Programs

Each year, Inspire raises funds for Elevate Aviation’s programs, allowing for continued growth and advancement of our mission and vision.

How can you help? To support our fundraising efforts guests can purchase a ticket to the gala, make a donation, buy our merchandise, participate in the silent auction, and play the raffle games throughout the evening. At our Inspire Gala, you’re not just having a great time, but you’re also contributing to a fantastic cause!

Silent Auction

Each year, Inspire raises funds for our core programs and operational costs, as well as contributes to programming at the Elevate Aviation Learning Centre. Every dollar raised goes back into our organization, allowing us to spread the word about careers in aviation, create more courses and training opportunities for women to achieve economic security, and close the gender gap in the male dominated industry. Our Inspire silent auction goes live on September 18, 2025 and closes on October 18, 2025 at the gala. The best part – you don’t even have to be there to participate! Be Featured at Inspire

The women we recognize at the Inspire gala quickly become a part of the Elevate Aviation team and join the cause in raising awareness about the amazing careers available to women in aviation.

Providing a platform of support for women in the industry. After a nomination and selection process, we kick things off by spending one weekend together in the spring where Inspire features meet and participate in head shots and video interviews to prepare for the October gala. This is an opportunity to build life-long friendships and networks of support across various positions throughout the industry.
