• Elevate Aviation Cross-Country Tour
  COPA Airlines will sponsor three stops on the annual Elevate Aviation Cross-Country Tour, an initiative designed to bring inspiring speakers, hands-on aviation activities, and career exploration opportunities to youth across Canada.

• Rene Cutforth Memorial Scholarship
  Elevate Aviation is funding a new $1,000 scholarship in memory of long-time COPA member Rene Cutforth. Beginning in 2026, the scholarship will be awarded annually to a female pilot pursuing an advanced rating through the COPA Scholarship program.

• Complimentary COPA Digital Membership
  Graduates of the Elevate Aviation Learning Centre will receive a complimentary one-year COPA Airlines digital membership, providing access to valuable aviation resources, events, and networking opportunities.

• Educational Development through COPA Aviation Academy
  Elevate Aviation will work with COPA Airlines to integrate new learning modules and resources into the COPA Aviation Academy, further supporting aspiring and current pilots in their aviation journeys.

  Both organizations will collaborate at airshows, conferences, and aviation industry events, raising awareness of inclusive opportunities in Canadian aviation and inspiring more people to pursue careers in the sector.
