Our Economic Security for Women through Aviation (ESWA) Partners are an integral resource in our project mission to find the root cause of why women are not finding careers in aviation for economic security.

With their help we are able to have direct access to thousands of aviation employees across the country to conduct surveys and focus groups to identify barriers and gather information.

Additionally, the expertise of our partners during our meetings is invaluable to steer the direction of the project and get an inside look at how a variety of aviation companies operate and recruit.

See below for a list of our current project partners.

If you wish to join the project as a partner or learn more information please contact Kendra Kincade at kendra@elevateaviation.ca
