Laura Sinclair, Co-Founder of Elevate Aviation and an Air Traffic Controller, has been a driving force in our mission to provide a platform for women and underrepresented groups to thrive and succeed through careers in aviation. From its humble beginnings as a fundraising calendar, Laura’s efforts have developed Elevate Aviation into a reputable brand with a diverse array of programs spanning across Canada. As the COO/CFO, Laura oversees every facet of the company, from branding and messaging to the development of policies and procedures. Her pursuit of excellence ensures that Elevate Aviation consistently delivers high quality products, experiences and events. Laura’s organizational skills enable her to maintain high productivity levels while attending to every detail, both big and small. Her unwavering focus, discipline, and commitment are evident in her willingness to invest countless hours in pursuit of Elevate Aviation’s ambitious goals.
