We will pair you with a mentor as close as possible to you in location and career choice. Your mentor will be there for you to answer questions, provide encouragement, and to talk to about the challenges you’re facing.
Getting into aviation is an exciting and challenging adventure. Having a mentor means having someone who understands what you’re going through and can offer you valuable tips and tricks of the trade. At Elevate Aviation, we believe having a strong support network is crucial in this industry, and your mentor will be your first key connection.

Please note: We are only able to assign an Air Traffic Control mentor if you have been placed on a training course. We can only assign a Military mentor if you have already started the application process. If you are still in the ATC application phase or have not yet applied to the military, please refer to our Aviation Careers page for more information.
