Elevate Aviation is on a mission to disrupt the status quo in aviation.

Founded in 2015 in Edmonton, Alberta, Elevate Aviation is a national not-for-profit organization driving real change across Canada.

The aviation industry has a problem — and we’re here to fix it.

Research shows the biggest barrier keeping women out of aviation is simply lack of awareness. That one issue has created a massive gender gap, cut off economic opportunities for women, and worsened the labour shortage facing the sector today.

We’re not waiting for change — we’re creating it.

Through community engagement, mentorship, workplace culture consulting, and immersive training at our Elevate Aviation Learning Centre, we introduce women and underrepresented groups to high-demand aviation careers. We work directly with industry leaders to promote their companies, showcase unique roles, and build a more inclusive future for aviation in Canada.
