Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition and packaging.
    Non-Refundable Items: Certain items (e.g., personalized products, final sale items) are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
